Why Working Out Together Works

What an amazing morning, training workout with my new leader and her friend Kani, healthy snack followed by strategizing for our business. I love doing what I do, with my amazing team.

Working out together can help you maximize your results by just simply having a partner to push you, encourage you, and challenge you not to give. Here are my biggest reasons:

 

1) THEY CAN PUSH YOU

Say hello to accountability! Don't feel like working out due to a long day? Well, that's why you friend can help you remember why you started. Support is HUGE!  

2) YOU GET TO LAUGH MORE

By that, I mean...you can have way more fun! Catch up on each other's days and sweat it out. Release that stress and get to laugh about the hard parts of the day. 

3) YOU WILL BE HAPPIER

You can feel good and know that you're making progress with someone else. When we are continually making progress in our lives, we feel more motivated, encouraged, and ready to tackle the days ahead!

It's NOT a workout out if you don't FEEL it

OUTSIDE OR INSIDE WORKOUT? Whatever you prefer but DO IT! Finally I got my mindset again that I have to 'walk the talk'. I tell my clients: 'just be active', while I stare at others jogging in the streets, go to the gym after a hard day's job, or even get a few minutes a day if a workout. I myself recommend the 7 minute workout app to all my clients.....and not get mine done. So today I started my full workouts again. No more excuses on my 2 injuries or lack of time. There is always time for what is important to you. I preach wellness, I talk about good nutrition, I study the body and supplements. It is my time to empower and inspire. Who's with me?
