It's NOT a workout out if you don't FEEL it
/OUTSIDE OR INSIDE WORKOUT? Whatever you prefer but DO IT! Finally I got my mindset again that I have to 'walk the talk'. I tell my clients: 'just be active', while I stare at others jogging in the streets, go to the gym after a hard day's job, or even get a few minutes a day if a workout. I myself recommend the 7 minute workout app to all my clients.....and not get mine done. So today I started my full workouts again. No more excuses on my 2 injuries or lack of time. There is always time for what is important to you. I preach wellness, I talk about good nutrition, I study the body and supplements. It is my time to empower and inspire. Who's with me?
