Lesson of the Day: Eat Less Cake or Workout More
/1 hour to do 4 km and I burned 391 calories. I have to be honest, I went to two birthdays this weekend and had cake on both. That probably added 400 calories or more. I ate them in about 5 minutes and it took me 1 hour to work them out. So .....my lesson of the day: eat less cake.
