It only takes a 20 minute brisk walk to decrease your M&M ( mortality and morbidity) chances by 30%. An athlete of extreme sportsman only decrease it by 35%. So as you can see, it is not how hard or fast you do it, but the fact you actually get up from the couch and do it.
